Already have a Floor Jack? You Might want a Big Wheel Lift Kit!
When I came across this, I just had to share it. It’s a wheel kit for floor jacks that replace the factory wheels with bigger ones.
These “Big Wheel” kits are made for a few different jacks and raise them by 4 to 6 inches depending on the package you purchase. With the bigger wheels and higher ride height it allows the floor jacks to roll easily under your vehicle in off road situations. These kits are simply bolt in kits that don’t require any modification or fabrication work.

1. Hi-Lift Jack HL484 Steel Jack
Consumer Ratings (4.5 / 5)
This is not your usual floor jack, but the Hi-Lift jack can lift up to 48 inches! That is alot higher then any other jack on this list, but beware of a few things before buying it. It has a rugged design and is highly versatile and can be used for lifting, pushing, pulling, winching and clamping. Since this isn’t your usual hydraulic floor jack it can only be used in limited situations. For one, depending on the point of lifting or surface it’s being used on, it can become very unstable. Also you can really only lift on a frame or bumper metal part of the vehicle; so that counts out some trucks or SUV’s with plastic cover or other non metal parts. These jack also tend to bend under hi load and angled situations. So just be mindful if you plan on using this, because it will work just fine for many vehicles. Just check with the manufacturer before buying.
- 7,000lbs lift height
- 48 inch lifting height
- Ratcheting style vertical jack
- lifts from 5″ to 48″
